Quality control checklist

Drawing match
Confirm drawing revision, tolerance, material, and heat treatment requirement.
B
Process control
Key dimensions, raceway geometry, runout, gear, bolt holes, sealing, grease path.
C
Final inspection
Dimensional report, photo record, packing check, and document consistency.
Documents we can provide
- Dimensional report, key dimensions only or full report
- CMM report when required
- Material certificate, heat treatment report when specified
- Packing list and invoice consistency check
- Photo record for packing and marking
If you need special standard like ISO, DIN, ASTM, EN, tell it in RFQ.
Common buyer mistake
Buyer sends only one photo and says “same as sample”. Then factory makes different version. To avoid this, always send drawing revision and critical dimension list, and ask for measurement report.
